K5 Phased Return to Work

We are now planning a phased return to working from our Port Erin offices. This is scheduled from w/c 1 June following the completion of essential maintenance work being undertaken this week.

Until then all of our staff are working remotely from home so if you need to get in touch, please continue to call or e-mail your usual contact or phone Phil on 204947 or e-mail

K5 Update

We understand how stressful the current situation is for everybody and so on a personal note all of us at K5 send our very best wishes to you and your loved ones.

K5 would like to reassure our clients that we continue to be open for business at this time albeit we are having to adapt to the ever changing circumstances affecting our daily lives.

Unfortunately, we have had to close our office to clients and the general public and where staff are able to they are now working from home. We will endeavour to respond to any phone calls or e-mails as soon as possible and so in this regard please use the main office number in the first instance – 833776 – e-mail to your usual contact or, or contact us via our Facebook page.

The health and wellbeing of our clients and staff is paramount and so there will be some disruption to services as a result of the changes we have had to incorporate. However, we are working hard to minimise this.

Forget Brexit, the only newsworthy item of note to report this week is that I am finally pleased to announce the launch of the brand new K5 website which has to put it mildly been some time in the making.  Thanks Colin from Springboard Consultants Limited for your hard work and patience with me over the last year since we started discussing this.  I somewhat underestimated the amount of time involved in starting a new business and trying to get a website up and running at the same time, not to mention I have been known to be a little particular at times!  

However, I am really pleased with the end result which for me achieves what we set out to do insofar as providing a website which reflects the expertise and professionalism that clients can expect from K5, provides an overview of who we are and the services we deliver, and which has the capacity over time to evolve and reflect the changing landscape within which we and our clients operate.  In other words the website, like the Practice, is at the start of a journey.  Content and other features will be added over time which I hope will be relevant and of use to all of our existing and prospective clients.

It has been more than a year since K5 started trading so this is an opportune time to say a big thank you to David Hill, Lainy Bridson and Lynda Jackson for their support and assistance during both the acquisition process and the transfer of business to K5.  There have been, and will be in the future, challenges to face and further change is inevitable.  However, I know we are well positioned to implement and execute those changes to move the company forward and to provide the very best service to our clients, who themselves deserve a special thank you for entrusting K5 with your business and for continuing to provide us with your invaluable custom.

Finally, without the support of my family none of this would have been possible and for that I am eternally grateful.  I am not going to mention names but the support since starting out on this venture has been incredible and has come in many different guises so thank you.
